WALK AND TALK
Walk and Talk Therapy combines counselling with gentle exercise. Some clients find walking side by side with their therapist outdoors more relaxing than sitting in a counselling room. It can help therapeutically both physically and mentally.
The counselling is still Person Centred but has the added bonus of the healing power of nature. If you want - The dogs can come too.
Walk and Talk is available at Gilmourton after an initial session. This first session allows us to meet, explore counselling and to assess the suitability of Walk and Talk.
